Anna serves as a Director of Analytics helping clients establish and grow their digital footprint. She draws from years of industry experience in a variety of digital marketing initiatives, especially SEO.

Anna got her start in online marketing while working for a small nonprofit earlier in her career, where she built an Access database to track activity for grant reporting. She ran into a few questions with the project and reached out to a friend who owned a web company. When he saw what she had built, he offered her a job in project management and SEO. “What’s SEO?” she asked. Needless to say, the offer piqued her interest and she accepted. Anna considers herself lucky to have had the support of a wonderful team of web designers and developers at this job, who were integral to her growth as she learned to build websites.

Anna is a member of MNSearch, but outside of the world of search marketing, she loves hiking, gardening, home improvement, crafts, reading, and bowling (not especially well, she admits, but she has fun!)

1. What is your first memory of the Internet?
That dreadful, screeching dial-up sound.

2. Favorite memory of the lake? What does being on the water mean to you?
My grandparents had a cabin on Lake Stella when I was growing up. I spent almost every weekend out there in the summers with my family. My cousins and I would spend the entire day in the water, and Grandpa would take us for pontoon rides. We’d all bring food and have a big picnic. My Chihuahua is named Stella in honor of all the good times I had there.

3. How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?
One on the way to work, and then no more.

4. Most used app on your phone?
I wish I had something cool to say here, but it’s Safari. I love being able to access information on the internet at any time.

Pismo Beach, CA

7. Speed boat, jet ski, or pontoon?
Pontoon for sure.
