About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Manager, with 3-5 years of Paid Search experience, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital strategies that drive measurable results for your clients. Strength in paid media, particularly in search, will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Management: Lead the strategy and execution of complex Paid Search campaigns, ensuring alignment with client business goals. Direct experience managing accounts is essential—delegated work will not suffice.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and improve Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and Video campaigns. Manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement optimizations to achieve key performance indicators.
  • SEO Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of SEO is beneficial. You will engage in keyword research, meta data writing, and site optimization.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities. Contribute to the setup and maintenance of automated reporting systems.
  • Client Account Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, leading meetings, presenting findings, and ensuring you are meeting your client’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns, particularly in Paid Search.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be in-person at our office 2 to 3 times per month.
  • A BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience in other digital marketing facets (Paid Social, SEO, Content, etc.).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, as well as Social Media Ads.
